We are currently registered at Target and Bed, Bath & Beyond and Kohl's. (Usually under Mitchell or Melinda.)

And because we're both wannabe foodies... (Seriously, we watch the Food Network like it's going out of style. :D ) We've also registered at Sur La Table. If you are more of a brick-and-mortar person there is a store at The Gateway (for Utahns) or there is one in the Irvine Spectrum (for Californians).
